Human Resource Management Services, LLC – does exactly what its name implies. We are the H.R. resource to small business. We work with you as a “surrogate” H.R. department – helping you solve the employee challenges that you face.
The company was founded in July of 1995 by Toni Talbot who saw a need to provide a resource to businesses that addressed current challenges they were facing and was management focused all the while being cost effective. Andie Creamer joined the firm in 2007 and together they have worked with a number of medical and dental practices.
HRMS provides sound solutions to some of the most difficult employee problems. We provide the tools and advice that will help employees realize their potential while allowing the provider to focus on the needs of patients.
Before joining Human Resource Management Services, LLC, Andie worked in the hospitality industry managing a staff of over 100 while fully responsible for all aspects of the human resource department. She has a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University School of Social Work and has received her Certified Human Resource Specialist (CHRS) from Michigan State University School of Labor and Industrial Relations. Andie has contributed articles for the Michigan Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers newsletter and has been a presenter for the Michigan Concrete Association and Michigan Primary Care Association.
Prior to starting HRMS, LLC, Toni worked as a Manager of Employee Relations and as a Human Resource Administrator. She is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and received her Bachelors of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
Toni has published numerous human resource and management articles for other organizations including the Michigan Chamber of Commerce’s publication, Michigan Forward, the Michigan Concrete Association, FastTrack and is a monthly contributor to the Michigan Dental Association, Journal. She is active in her community as co-chair of the annual CROP Walk, on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Governing Board for the Athena Powerlink through the Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce.
